S.C.C.E

S.C.C.E is located at House Number 2 on the 3rd floor of the Church Compound in Masihgarh. This is right in the Sukhdev Vihar and Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the church grounds, which is quite peaceful. The compound is a bit of a landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We don't have an elevator, so everyone gets a bit of exercise walking up the stairs every day. The office is pretty basic with some tables, chairs, and old cupboards for all the files. It is a very lived-in space and doesn't look like those modern offices you see in magazines. We have a lot of students and local people coming by because of where we are located. The atmosphere is generally friendly and informal. We talk to people in a normal way and don't use any complicated terms. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, or use the backup, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve been in this Masihgarh spot for quite a while now. The staff here are all local and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door and get through our daily list of work without any extra drama.
