We started Scat Travels in Palam Village a while back. Our office is over at Wz 754 E, right in the middle of things here in New Delhi. It is just a small place where a few of us work on sorting out trips for people who walk in. Mostly, we deal with train tickets and some flight bookings when folks need to head out of town. The area around here stays busy, especially with the airport being so close, so we see a lot of people passing through. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just desks, a couple of computers, and some chairs for when people have to wait while we check the schedules. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to call the head office, but we usually get things sorted eventually. People from around the village know where we are. We have been at this address for a bit now. There is a lot of paperwork involved with travel these days, more than there used to be. We just try to get the names right on the tickets so there aren't any issues later on at the station. If you are looking for us, we are near the main road in Palam. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, but we are here most days from morning until evening. We just keep things moving along for the local travelers who need a bit of help with their plans. It gets dusty in the afternoons, so we spend time wiping down the desks before we go home.
