We’re located at 113 B in Munirka Village. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know how packed it gets. It’s a real maze with bikes and people everywhere. Our shop is right in the thick of it. It’s not like the big food courts you find in the malls. This is a much smaller, more local version of Sbarro. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. The smell of dough and sauce fills the place all day long. We get a lot of students from the nearby hostels and workers from the surrounding offices. It’s always a bit chaotic during lunch hour. We don’t have much room for fancy seating, so it’s usually quick bites and takeaways. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to get around to it. We deal with the usual Delhi problems like water supply issues and the occasional fuse blowing out. We know most of the delivery boys by name. It’s a hardworking little spot. We don't put on any airs about being a global brand here in the village. To us, it’s just about getting the orders right and making sure the oven stays hot. It’s a noisy, busy, and honest place to work every single day. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the place stays running.
