Our place is in Shiv Galli, which is inside Punjabi Bazaar in Kotla Mubarak. The address is K-399. If you know the area, you know how tight those streets can be. It’s always a bit of a squeeze getting things delivered. The kitchen gets really hot when we are busy, especially in the summer months. We are just a small team here at Sbarro Restuarant(India)Pvt.Ltd. We spend our time making food and cleaning up after the rush. It is not a fancy restaurant with white tablecloths. It is more of a practical spot where we get the job done. The bazaar is always full of people, so there is never a quiet moment. We can hear the vendors outside all day long. Sometimes we run out of things and have to go hunting in the market ourselves. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just open the doors and start cooking. The building is old and the stairs are narrow. We've got our routine down now, though. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't even have to talk much to know what to do. It is just honest work in a very busy part of Delhi-110003. We keep the ovens going and try to stay cool even when the orders start piling up on the counter.
