Sbarro Restaurent

Our place is in Aligarh, specifically in the district with the pin code 202132. It’s a Sbarro Restaurent, and if you know the name, you know we do pizza and pasta. The kitchen here is always hot and there’s usually flour somewhere on my clothes by the end of the shift. We start pretty early getting the dough ready and chopping up vegetables for the day. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and watching the ovens. In Aligarh, people really like their food, so we try to keep things consistent. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always the sound of the timers going off or people calling out orders. Sometimes the delivery guys are all waiting at once and it gets a bit chaotic near the counter. We just try to keep the line moving. We’ve had the same crew for a while now, so we all know how to work around each other without bumping into things. The dining area is simple and we try to keep it clean, though kids usually find a way to make a mess with the sauce. That’s just part of it. We don't really do anything fancy, just make food that people want to eat when they're hungry. It’s hard work, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. We just want the food to be ready when you are.
