Sbarro Restaurants India Pvt.Ltd. is the full name, but we just think of it as our local office here in the colony. Kotla Mubarakpur is a very tight-knit and crowded area, so finding 134 can be a bit of a trick if you’re new to the streets. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a simple building without much fuss. We don't have a big flashy sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff for the business. There’s usually a lot of paperwork and people coming in and out. We don’t use any of those big corporate phrases to describe what we do. We just work. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets cluttered with boxes and files, but we know where everything is.
