Sbarro Restaurants (India) Ltd. has its main office at 67/16A in Faridabad. This is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff happens for the food business. It is not a restaurant where you can come and eat pizza. It is just an office building where we manage the logistics and the paperwork. Faridabad is a bit more spread out than Delhi, but it still has its busy spots. Our office is fairly plain. We have white walls and standard desks. There is always a stack of invoices or schedules that someone is looking at. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, someone just does it. We have a little area where we can make some tea or coffee in the afternoons. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us stay focused. It can get pretty quiet here compared to the actual restaurant locations, which is a nice change of pace. We don't have any big branding on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to work. Most of us live in the surrounding area and have been with the company for a good while. It’s a steady, reliable place to be every day. We focus on the coordination and making sure the supplies get where they need to go on time.
