Sbarro Restaurants India Ltd

We are based out of Mansarover Garden, specifically G-25. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and our office reflects that. Since we deal with the restaurant business, things can get pretty loud and fast-paced. We aren't actually tossing dough in this specific office, but we are definitely dealing with the fallout of it. There are always invoices to look at and suppliers calling about vegetable prices or cheese deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things running across the different locations. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some posters of pizzas on the walls, which usually makes us hungry by lunchtime. The area around Mansarover Garden has some good local spots, so we often head out for a quick bite when the paperwork gets to be too much. We’ve been at this address for a while now. People sometimes walk in thinking it’s a restaurant, and we have to tell them the actual shops are elsewhere. It’s mostly just a few of us here handling the back-end stuff. We try to keep things moving so the kitchens don't run out of what they need. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to see how much work goes into a single slice of pizza. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. We enjoy being in this neighborhood.
