Sbarro Restaurant(I) Ltd.

We are located right on the ground floor at 11/4 in East Patel Nagar. It is a decent spot in New Delhi where people usually stop by for a quick bite. Being a restaurant, things are always moving, especially around lunchtime and in the evenings when everyone gets off work. We deal with pizza and other food items every day. The kitchen is almost always going. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work with the tables we have. Most of the staff has been here for a bit, so we know how the routine goes. The area in East Patel Nagar is quite crowded, so there is always noise outside. We just focus on getting the dough ready and making sure the ovens are hot. It is a straightforward business. We don't go in for anything too flashy in the dining area. It is just a place to sit and eat. Sometimes the deliveries get a bit backed up because of the Delhi traffic, but we try to manage. People come in, they order, and they eat. That is pretty much the whole story. We keep the floors clean and the counters wiped down. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the ovens. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the locals seem to know where we are. It is just a regular restaurant doing its thing. You might see us unloading supplies from the trucks in the mornings before we open up for the day. It’s hard work but we are used to it.
