We are located at Sarla Farm near Gola Ka Mandir in Gwalior. This is the place where we handle the business and administrative side of the restaurant operations in this region. It is not a place where we serve food, so there are no ovens or tables for customers here. Instead, it is a quiet spot at the farm where we have our desks and filing cabinets. The area is a bit more open and green than the crowded parts of Gwalior city. We spend our days dealing with suppliers, checking the numbers, and making sure the logistics are all sorted out. It is a very practical and no-nonsense environment. We don't have any corporate posters or fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the time, it is just the sound of calculators and pens on paper. It gets very hot in the summer, so we rely on our coolers to keep the space comfortable while we work. We have a small team here and we all help each other out with whatever needs to be done. Sometimes we have to stay late to get the reports finished, but we don't mind. We don't use any fancy marketing words to describe our work.
