We are over at 51/1 Govind Puri in the Kalkaji area. It's a busy spot, especially with the crowd coming through all day. We spend most of our time around the ovens, making sure the pizza comes out right. Being a team member here means you’re always on your feet. It’s not a quiet job. We’re handling dough, topping things, and making sure the counters stay clean while everyone is rushing for their lunch. The neighborhood is always moving, and we move with it. It’s just how things go at this Kalkaji location. Sometimes the dough doesn't rise quite right or a delivery is late, but we just handle it and move to the next task.
