You’ll find us at A-67 on Street Number 2, in the North Block of West Vinod Nagar. It’s a busy residential area where everyone seems to know everyone else. We run the corporate side of the restaurant business from this office. It’s a straightforward space without any of the fancy decorations you might expect. There are desks pushed against the walls and boxes of supplies stacked in the corners. We spend our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to our kitchen managers. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what keeps the food reaching the customers. The street outside is quite narrow, and there’s always someone honking their horn. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a big team here, just a few people who have been with the company for a long time. We make our own tea and usually share some snacks in the afternoon. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it’s too hot, so we just open the windows and deal with the dust. We aren't here to look important. We’re just here to make sure the restaurants have what they need to function. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. It’s just a normal office in a normal Delhi street, and that’s how we like to keep it.
