We've been here at Belvedere Park in DLF Phase-3 for a bit now. Gurgaon gets pretty busy, especially around this part of Haryana. Mostly we just focus on the food and making sure things are ready for when the lunch crowd starts showing up. It’s not a huge place, but it gets the job done. People usually come in looking for a quick slice or something to take back to the office. We spend a lot of our time just prepping dough and getting the toppings right. Sometimes the ovens act up or we run low on napkins, but that's just how it goes in a kitchen. Most of us living around here know the shortcuts through the neighborhood. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so the air conditioning is a big deal for everyone coming in. We don't do anything too fancy. It’s just pizza and pasta like you’d expect. Sometimes it gets loud when the music is playing and too many people are talking at once. We know a few of the regulars by name since they stop by every other day. It’s nice to have those familiar faces in a place like this. We just keep things moving, cleaning up the tables and making sure the drinks are cold. If you're walking past B-141, you'll probably smell the bread baking. That’s pretty much what we do all day. No big secrets, just staying busy and keeping the place open for whoever is hungry.
