Our main office for this part of the business is on Palam Road in the Dabri Extension of New Delhi. It’s at Rz 79. If you know this area, you know it’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops and traffic. We handle the food business from here, specifically the pizza side of things for the brand. It’s not a restaurant where you sit and eat, but the place where we manage how everything runs across the city. There are always people coming in with delivery schedules or talking about the supplies we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the different outlets. It gets pretty hectic during lunch and dinner times, even here in the office, because we have to make sure the dough and everything else is moving to the right places. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's practical and a bit crowded with files and boxes of flyers sometimes. New Delhi is a tough place for logistics because of the heat and the traffic jams, so we’re always trying to figure out the best way to get things done. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe our work. We just make sure the ingredients are where they need to be. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers look right at the end of the week.
