Our main office for Sbarro India Ltd is over in Mayur Vihar, specifically 21-B, Pocket-3, Phase-1. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, so it’s pretty lived-in and busy. We aren't in a skyscraper; we’re just in this pocket of Phase-1 where the day-to-day management of the pizza business happens. A lot of what we do involves talking to suppliers and checking on the different outlets across the country. There are always piles of invoices and menus sitting around the office. It’s not glamorous, but it’s how the food actually gets to the counters. We spend a lot of time on Zoom calls or just talking across the desks to each other. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak of summer, but we manage. We aren’t here to tell you we have any special secrets; we just focus on making sure the dough and the cheese get delivered to the right places on time. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we know the local tea stall and which days the traffic on the main road is going to be a nightmare. It’s a straightforward operation. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep everything moving. It takes a lot of coordination to get the logistics right, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just pick up the phone and sort it out. It’s just a regular group of people running a food business from a quiet corner of Mayur Vihar.
