Saudi Arabian Airlines

We are located at A - 40 in the Gujranwalan Apartments in Vikaspuri. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building compared to a big airport terminal, but it makes things feel a bit more grounded. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us handle all the calls and paperwork that come in throughout the day. Vikaspuri is a lively area, so there’s always something happening right outside our windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, making sure all the details for the flights and bookings are lined up. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make it work. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we’ve become a tight group over the months. We don’t have a big reception area with fancy lights; it’s just a regular door in a regular hallway. Sometimes visitors get a little confused finding the apartment number, but once they’re inside, we get straight to the point. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and a window that lets in some light, which is enough for us. It’s a quiet, focused kind of place where we just get through the tasks one by one. No one wears fancy suits unless they have to. We’re just here to do the job and go home to our families.
