We are over here in the DDA flats in Madangir, specifically up on the second floor of block 40. It is a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when the market nearby gets going. Our office is not that big, but it fits the few desks we need to get things done. We have been in this part of New Delhi-62 for some time now. Mostly, we just spend the day on the phone or working on the computer to sort out travel plans for people who walk in. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we are always there during the day. It gets quite hot in the summer, so the small AC unit we have works pretty hard. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It's just a regular local place where we handle bookings and try to keep things organized. You can usually find one of us sitting here with a cup of tea. There is always paper everywhere, lists of flights and hotels, and notes scribbled on pads. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. It’s a simple setup. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s just a short walk past the local shops. We like being in this neighborhood because everything is close by, even if it’s a bit noisy at times.
