Sarovar Hotels

We've been at this spot in East Kailash for a while now. It’s on the third floor over in Sant Nagar. Most of us here just focus on keeping things running across the different locations. It gets pretty busy during the day, especially with the Delhi traffic right outside, but we manage. People often ask what we actually do here since it's an office and not a hotel building itself. We handle the paperwork, talk to the teams at the actual hotels, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It's not a fancy setup, just a regular office space where we get our work done. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. Being in this part of New Delhi is convenient because there’s plenty of food nearby for lunch. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the job, and head home. The team is small but we've known each other for years. We deal with bookings, help guests who call in with questions, and sort out the schedules. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. Sant Nagar has a specific vibe, you know? It’s crowded but feels like a community. We like being part of it even if we're just tucked away on the third floor.
