Our office for Sarovar Hotels is located at number 32 on Bhogal Lane, which is right near the Jungpura area of New Delhi. It is a busy little street with a lot of character. We have been here for a good while now, and we like being in this part of the city. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cabinets where we keep all our records. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the paper around, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here, making sure the hotels have what they need and that everything is running smoothly. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and to-do lists that we tick off throughout the day. The people working here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We don't use much fancy terminology; we just talk about what needs to get done before we go home. Bhogal Lane can be noisy with the traffic and people walking by, but we have grown used to the hum of the city. It feels like a real place where real work gets done. We don't put on any acts or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a small corner of Delhi.
