Sarna Electronics

Sarna Electronics is tucked away in Karol Bagh 4. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy the streets get. Our shop is full of all kinds of gadgets and parts. We handle everything from small home appliances to whatever electronics people bring in. It's usually noisy outside with all the traffic and shoppers, but inside we are focused on the work. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years. New technology comes in every few months, and we have to keep up with it. The shop at number 4 isn’t the biggest on the street, but we make use of every inch of space. Shelves go all the way to the ceiling. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for in the back. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. Someone tells a neighbor that we fixed their fan or sold them a decent heater, and then they show up. It’s a simple way of doing business. We spend a lot of time testing things out to make sure they actually work before they leave the shop. Karol Bagh has a specific energy, and we are just a small part of that. We show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
