Our office is situated at 9722, Kot Mangal Singh in the city of Ludhiana. If you are familiar with this part of Punjab, you know that the streets are always full of life and a fair amount of noise. We deal with various aviation matters from this office, mostly focusing on the paperwork and the logistical side of things. The building is just a regular one, nothing special or modern to look at from the outside. Inside, we have a few rooms where we keep all the records and files organized in big stacks. Ludhiana is a city of hardworking people, and we try our best to keep up with that pace every day. There is always someone coming in or going out with a delivery. The street outside can get a bit muddy when the monsoon rains come, but we stay dry enough inside our four walls. We have our desks set up in a row and we spend the bulk of the day talking on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. It is a lot of logistics to handle. We do not have a big fancy lobby for people to wait in. You just walk through the door and we are right there working. Sometimes we take a break for tea in the late afternoon. It is a very practical setup for the kind of work we do here. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure things are where they should be.
