Saptam Luxury Travels Pvt. Ltd is situated over in Govind Samy Nagar, which is in the Chidambaram area of Chennai. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel plans and getting everything booked for them. The office is a small, local place where we keep all our maps and booking logs. It’s not a big corporate travel agency, just a small team of us who know the local area and the travel routes pretty well. Chennai can be very hot, so we usually have the AC running most of the day while we work. People stop by to ask about bus schedules or train tickets, and we do our best to find them a spot. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to stay on top of it. We have been in this neighborhood for a while and most of the people around here know who we are. We don't really have any fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or calling us up because they heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a lot of checking dates and prices on the computer. We take our tea breaks in the afternoon when things quiet down a little. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without too much fuss.
