You can find us at B-218 in Sector-1 of Avantika, Rohini. It’s a pretty standard building in a busy residential part of the city. We have been operating here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us well. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the whole place, with pots clanking and the chefs calling out orders to each other. We spend a lot of time making sure the tables are set and the floor is clean before the first people show up for lunch. It’s not just about the food; there is a lot of cleaning and prepping that happens hours before we even open the doors. Sometimes the delivery bikes outside get in the way of the neighbors, so we have to go out and ask them to move. The atmosphere is usually a bit frantic during the dinner rush, and the staff is always moving fast to keep up with the orders. We don’t have a massive team, just enough of us to keep the place running and the customers fed. The decor is okay, but we focus more on what is happening in the kitchen than how the walls look. It gets really warm near the stoves, especially in the summer months. We just try to get through the day, handle the busy hours, and make sure everyone gets what they ordered without too much of a wait or any trouble.
