Our travel agency is located at 36 A Sarai Julaina, which is right near Escorts Hospital. Being so close to a major hospital means we see a lot of people who are traveling for medical reasons, as well as regular tourists. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. The office is small and filled with old maps, files, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because they heard about us from a friend. We spend our time booking tickets, arranging cars, and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It can be stressful when flights get cancelled or trains are delayed, but we just sit down and work through it. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just us here, talking to people and trying to help them get where they need to go. We drink a lot of tea while we work and the door is usually open to let some air in. The street outside is always crowded with autos and people, so it never gets truly quiet. We don't make big promises. We just do the bookings and hope everything goes smoothly for the travelers.
