Sandawood Mall Management Pvt. Ltd is located inside the Unitech Amusement Park area. We are over in Rohini, specifically in Sector 10 of Delhi. Managing a mall space is a lot different than people think. It isn't just about the shops; it is about the air conditioning, the cleaning crews, and making sure the security guards are at their posts. We spend a lot of time walking around the property checking on things. Sometimes a light is out or a tile is loose, and we have to get someone to fix it right away. The amusement park nearby means there are always families and kids around, especially on the weekends. It can get very loud with all the music and the people having fun. Our office is a bit hidden away from the main public areas so we can actually get some work done. We deal with a lot of different tenants and their various issues. Some days are just filled with meetings about maintenance schedules or electricity bills. It is a lot of responsibility to keep a big place like this running smoothly for the public. Rohini is a big residential area, so we feel the pressure to keep things nice for the locals who visit. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic property management to make sure the building stays standing and the visitors are safe while they shop.
