Our Samsung outlet is situated at D-343 in Pandav Nagar. It is a residential neighborhood, so we get a lot of local families coming in. Most people around here are looking for something that just works without a lot of complications. The shop at D-343 is pretty basic; we have the products out where people can see them, and a small counter where we handle the billing and questions. Pandav Nagar has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it. It isn't as loud as the industrial areas, but it gets busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We spend a lot of time explaining how different features work to people who might not be very tech-savvy. Sometimes the kids come in and just want to look at the screens, which is fine with us as long as they don't touch too much. We have a few chairs for the older folks to sit while they wait for their service. The lighting in the shop is just regular bulbs, nothing like those big malls. We keep a record of who bought what in a big folder. It is an honest way to spend the day, helping neighbors get their gadgets sorted out. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in.
