Our place is in Vikas Puri, specifically over at C-12/A. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and we have been set up here for quite some time now. Electronics is our world. We deal with all sorts of components and gadgets. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see boxes piled up and people testing out different bits of equipment. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We started out small and stayed that way because we like being able to talk to our customers directly. No long hold times or automated voices here. Just us. We spend our days troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working like they should. It’s satisfying when you finally get a piece of tech to behave. The neighborhood around Vikas Puri has everything we need. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. The team is just a handful of us who really know our way around a circuit board. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some huge corporation. We’re just Samitech. If something breaks or someone needs a specific part, they usually give us a shout. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be fixed and what’s just junk. That’s how we’ve kept going all these years. It’s a good way to earn a living, surrounded by wires and the smell of solder and old electronics.
