Samarat Hotel Chankya Puri

The name says Samarat Hotel Chankya Puri, but we are actually over in Uttam Nagar at Rz-B-98, Janki Puri. It’s near the Bindra Pur DDA flats, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. New Delhi-59 is quite far from Chankya Puri, so it’s a bit of a funny situation with the name. Our place is a simple building in a crowded residential part of the city. We don’t have a big lobby or a fancy entrance. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day operations from this side of town. The streets around here are narrow and there are always kids playing or people selling vegetables from carts. It’s a very local vibe. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know us. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with basic furniture. We do our best to keep things organized, but with all the paperwork, it gets a bit cluttered sometimes. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for years. We handle all the bookings and the management stuff from these desks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People often call us to ask why we are in Uttam Nagar instead of Chankya Puri, and we just tell them that’s just how it ended up. We like it here anyway.
