We are located at number 26 in Kondli. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and our little travel office fits right in. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans for quite some time now. It’s mostly about booking tickets and figuring out the best ways for people to get from one place to another. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There are a few desks, some calendars on the wall, and always some paperwork to be filed. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about train times or bus routes. We try to give them the straight talk on prices and how long things will actually take. Kondli is a lively place, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure everything is booked correctly for the next day. It’s a lot of coordination with different transport providers. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the bookings right so nobody gets stuck. It’s practical work. Most of our day is spent checking schedules and talking to customers. If you need something sorted for a trip, we are right here in the middle of the street. It’s a humble setup, but we get the work done for the locals and whoever else walks in.
