We operate out of Bhagalpur in Bihar. It’s a bit of a trek to get here sometimes, but we’ve been in the area for years. People around here know us as the place to go when you need to book a bus or a train. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a small office and we do our best to keep things moving. Bihar can be a tough place to run a travel business with the roads and the schedules always changing. We’ve had our fair share of long days. Sometimes the internet is slow and we can't book things as fast as we want. We just tell people how it is. No use lying about a delayed train. We are a private company, but it feels more like a local shop. The staff is mostly local guys from the town. We know the routes well. If a road is blocked, we usually hear about it first. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a website that does everything for us. We prefer talking to the person. It makes it easier to get the details right. We’ve seen Bhagalpur change a lot over the years. We are just glad to still be here. We keep the door open and the tea hot for whoever walks in to ask about a trip. It’s honest work for honest people and we don't plan on going anywhere else for now.
