Sai Tour &Travels

Sai Tour & Travels is located on the 1st floor of E-186 in West Patel Nagar. You have to climb a set of narrow stairs to get to us. New Delhi-110008 is a busy place, and West Patel Nagar is no exception. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking outside. Our office is small, but we make it work. We have a few computers and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers and hotels. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful. Other days, it’s quiet enough that we can actually clean out the desks and drawers. The floor is a bit uneven in one corner, so the table wobbles if you lean on it too hard. We have a small fridge for water and soda, which is a lifesaver in the Delhi heat. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how each other works. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; whoever is closest to the door just says hello to visitors. It’s a very informal environment. We handle bookings for buses, trains, and planes. Most of our people are from the local neighborhood who just walk in after seeing our sign on the street. It’s just a local shop doing its thing every day of the week.
