Sai Telecom

If you go to Model Town II, specifically around F-14/11A, you will find our shop, Sai Telecom. It is a quiet street compared to the main market area, which is nice because we can actually hear what people are saying. We handle a lot of different things related to mobile phones here. Some people come for new connections, and others just want their screens fixed because they dropped their phones on the pavement. The shop is small, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels a bit crowded. We have some chairs for customers to sit on while they wait for their work to be done. The walls are painted a simple color, and we have some old posters up that have been there since we opened. We are right there at F-14/11A, and most of the locals know where to find us. We do not use any big slogans or try to act like we are some huge company. We are just local people working in Model Town. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just wait it out. It is part of the job. We keep a stock of basic accessories like covers and earphones. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We like being part of the community here and seeing the same faces every week. It feels good when someone comes back just to say hello and ask how things are going with the shop.
