We are located over at 9/J 30 in Dilshad Colony, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the big main markets. Our shop is where we handle all sorts of phone-related things, like repairs or getting people set up with new connections. It is a small room with a glass counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait for their phones to get fixed. We usually have the radio playing in the background or a small TV in the corner. There is always a pile of chargers and screen protectors behind the counter that we need to organize. Sometimes the internet goes slow or a repair takes longer than we thought, and we just have to tell the customer to come back in an hour. We know most of the people who live around here in the colony, so they stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their devices. It is a straightforward business, nothing too complicated. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the small parts and tools lying around, it usually looks a bit cluttered. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening, just taking things as they come. It is just a regular local shop for the neighborhood, and we’ve been here doing this for a long time now.
