Sai Park Managment Pvt Ltd is located at Flat No. 63 in Pocket-3, Rohini. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so our office feels more like a home than a workplace. We operate out of this flat because it’s convenient and keeps us close to the areas we manage. There are files tucked into cabinets and a couple of desks pushed against the walls. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or handling paperwork related to park management. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood through the windows, like the vegetable sellers or cars passing by. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few people in for a meeting, but we make it work. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes take a break. The ceiling fan hums all day long. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a very informal environment, which suits us just fine. We know the security guards and the people living in the other flats. It’s about managing things practically without too much fuss. We just keep our records straight and make sure everything is being looked after. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy every day. That’s life here in Rohini for us.
