Sahyog Deep Jyoti

Our place, Sahyog Deep Jyoti, is located at P-33 in Sri Niwas Puri, New Delhi. This area has a real local feel to it, and we are right in the thick of it. We have been operating out of this address for quite a while, and the people around here know us well enough by now. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just another building in Sri Niwas Puri, but inside we stay busy. We handle various community or cooperative-style tasks, depending on what the day brings. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit cluttered because there is always something going on. We have old desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose just fine. We don't have any professional decorators or marketing people telling us how to look. It’s just a honest workspace where we sit and talk through things that need to be handled. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we just pull up another chair and make it work. The neighborhood can be loud, and the parking is always a bit of a nightmare, but we like it here. It feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without making any big promises we can't keep. It is a simple, local operation and that’s how we want it.
