Sahara Airlines

Sahara Airlines has a spot here at 361, Krishi Apartment in Block-D of Vikas Puri. It’s a residential-feeling area in New Delhi-110018, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We work out of this office space handling the various things that come up with running an airline. It involves a lot of looking at screens and talking to people at the airport. It’s not all glamorous like people think flying is. There is a lot of paperwork and technical stuff that needs to be sorted every day. The office is a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep. We’ve been in this Vikas Puri location for a while, and the neighbors mostly know us by now. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come in, check the flight updates, and try to make sure everything is being handled. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but that is just part of the industry. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized. We use simple tools and follow the rules we’ve been given. It’s a practical way to run things. If you’re looking for us, we’re just in the apartment block, doing our daily rounds and keeping the business going. It is just regular work that needs to be done every day to make sure things happen correctly.
