We operate out of 264 Balco Apartment, which is at 58 I.P. Extension in Patparganj. It’s a residential building, so it’s not your typical airline office with big glass windows and a ticket counter. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff and administrative work from here. Being in an apartment complex means we know our neighbors and the security guards pretty well. It’s a bit of a trek to the airport from this side of Delhi, but we make it work. The office is usually filled with files and folders related to our flights and schedules. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and it’s become our regular routine to come here every morning. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We don’t have any flashy signs outside. Most people wouldn't even know we are an airline office just by looking at the building. We just focus on the logistics and making sure everything is lined up for the operations. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports, but the area is quiet at night, which is nice. We are just a small part of a much bigger picture, working away in Delhi-110092. It’s a steady job and we just take it one day at a time.
