Our spot is at B-164 in Pandav Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi 92, and we’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time. It’s not the main airport or some giant terminal, just our local office where we sort out travel details. The room gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which is nice but sometimes it makes the screens hard to see. We handle a lot of bookings and customer queries right here at the desk. There’s usually a stack of folders near the entrance and a few chairs for anyone who stops by. Pandav Nagar has a lot of energy, and being tucked into B-164 means we see a lot of people walking past every day. We don’t go for the polished, high-end look because we’re just here to work. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to people while we wait for the page to load. It’s a simple setup with a couple of computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure tickets get issued correctly. Most of our day is just checking schedules and talking to people who want to go somewhere. It’s steady work and we like the rhythm of this neighborhood.
