Our place is at 148 B, Block-B, in Pocket-U & V of Shalimar Bagh. We’ve been operating Saffron Hospitality Pvt Ltd out of this Delhi address for some years now. It’s a decent area, quite residential and green in some parts. The office is really just our base for managing the hospitality side of things. We aren't some huge hotel chain with a massive headquarters. It’s more of a small-scale operation where we handle everything ourselves. There are usually files stacked up on the desks and a calendar full of notes. Some days are a bit chaotic when everything happens at once, but that is just the hospitality world for you. We try to keep things simple. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If something needs doing, we just do it. The local tea stall guy knows our order by heart because we spend so much time here. It’s a bit of a maze finding the right pocket in Shalimar Bagh if you haven't been here before, but once you find us, it’s easy. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking; we are just providing a service and trying to keep our clients happy. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the city, one day at a time, without any corporate fluff.
