We are located at L-278 on Street-9 in Mahipalpur. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is always buzzing with activity because it’s so close to the airport. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s just a regular building where we handle the logistics and moving stuff around for Safexpress. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have been here since the start. The street outside is pretty narrow, so it’s always a bit of a struggle when the bigger vehicles try to get through. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking the clipboards to see where the trucks are. It gets really hot in the summer, and our little AC unit tries its best but sometimes it struggles. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner. Neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask about a package. It’s a very local feel. We don’t have those big glass walls or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in our regular clothes getting the work done. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a headache. But that’s just how it goes. We’ve been in Mahipalpur for a long time now and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the dust. It’s just a practical place for a practical business.
