You can find us on the second floor of building 478 in Hardev Puri, which is part of the Gautam Nagar area in New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you get here, you’ll see we are quite busy. The office is usually filled with the sound of printers and people talking about delivery routes. We have a lot of large maps pinned to the walls and stacks of logistics reports on every flat surface. Being in the 110049 area means we are right in the heart of things, which is good for our work. The windows are usually left open to let in a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in some of the street noise from below. We don’t have any fancy leather chairs or glass tables. Most of our furniture is just basic stuff we’ve had for years. It’s a place where we drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the telephone. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we end up carrying boxes up the stairs ourselves. It keeps us moving, I suppose. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the shipments are tracked and the clients are told the truth about their packages. It’s a practical environment for people who aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. We just do our bit every day.
