We've been over here on Dayal Sar Marg for quite a while now. It's just a small spot at Wz-98 in Uttam Nagar, but we keep busy. Most days involve sitting at the desk, taking calls, and trying to sort out train or flight bookings for folks in the neighborhood. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with all the traffic, but that’s just how it is here. Safe Tours & Travel isn't some giant corporation with fancy coffee machines. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens, making sure dates and names match up so nobody gets stuck at an airport. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see if a certain bus is running. We try to be helpful. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, which is annoying but people around here usually understand. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people who know how to navigate the booking systems. If you're walking down the street, you'll see our sign. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle the paperwork and the ticketing so you don't have to mess with it yourself. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with airlines and hotels, but we've gotten used to the routine over the years. We just keep things moving along day by day and hope for the best.
