We are tucked away at H.No.3022 in Gali No-2, here in Delhi 110031. If you know the area, you know the lanes are pretty narrow and it can be a bit of a squeeze when a rickshaw is coming the other way. The office is inside the house, which makes it feel a lot more personal than those big travel agencies in the malls. We handle travel bookings and tickets mostly. There are always papers on the desks and the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and the neighbors often pop their heads in just to say hello. Since we are in Gali No-2, it’s easy to find us if you live nearby. We don't have any big neon signs or anything. We just sit here with the computers and try to find the best routes for people who need to get somewhere. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days it feels like everyone in Delhi wants to go on a trip at the same time. The electricity goes out once in a while, which is just part of living in this part of town. We just wait for it to come back on and get back to work. It’s a modest setup but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
