We run things from Mohan Garden in Uttam Nagar. Our spot is at L1/9, right in the middle of a pretty crowded neighborhood in New Delhi. Being an IATA place means we deal with a lot of tickets and travel plans every single day. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, trying to figure out the best routes for people who want to go somewhere else. We’ve been at this for a bit, so we know the area and the people around here quite well. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a tea without it getting cold. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we get the paperwork sorted. People from the neighborhood often drop in to ask about flights or just to see what’s new with travel rules. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here is wearing a fancy suit most days. We're just regular folks trying to help other regular folks get where they need to go. New Delhi is a fast place, but we try to take it one booking at a time. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking dates. The address is easy to remember if you’re familiar with Mohan Garden. We like being part of the local community here. It feels right to be just a local shop in the heart of Delhi.
