Sachdeva Mobile Care

If you head over to Rohini Sector 7, you’ll find our shop at 20/228. Sachdeva Mobile Care isn’t some big showroom with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we handle mobile issues. My brother and I usually open up around ten in the morning. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we get a lot of aunties and uncles coming in because they accidentally deleted an app or their phone isn't charging right. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to find the right screen guard for some old model of phone that nobody makes anymore. The area can get a bit congested in the evenings with the local market crowd. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait, but usually, they just stand and chat. The walls are covered with different types of phone cases, some of them are a bit dusty because they’ve been there a while. It’s a simple setup. We don't use any complicated systems to track things, just a notebook where we write down what needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes off and we have to use a torch to finish a repair. It’s just the way it goes in this part of Rohini. We’ve been at this spot for a few years and most people around here know us by name now. We just take it one day at a time and fix what we can.
