We go by the name S, and we are based right here in G New Delhi. It’s a very short name, we know, but it’s what we’ve got. Being in New Delhi means everything is fast and a bit chaotic, but our little spot is where we manage things. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some chairs that we probably should have replaced a few years ago, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s not one of those shiny buildings you see in the advertisements. Our walls are a bit plain, maybe a calendar hanging on one side to keep track of the weeks. We spend our time doing whatever needs to be done that day, whether it’s sorting through files or answering the phone. The sounds of the city are always there, just outside the window. We don't have a mission statement or a set of values printed on the wall. We just focus on showing up and doing the work the way it needs to be done without making a big fuss about it. We’re local people, and we know the streets around here like the back of our hands. Lunch is usually something someone brought from home or a quick bite from the corner shop. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily reality. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation because we aren't one. Just a small team in a big city trying to keep everything running smoothly every day.
