You can find S Travels Pvt Ltd at A-2/102 on Hastsal Road in Uttam Nagar. We are right there on the main road, so it is always very noisy with the buses and rickshaws going past. Our office is a small shopfront that we have been in for quite some time now. We have a big glass window in the front that gets quite dusty from the traffic outside. Inside, we have a few desks where we sit and help people who walk in looking for train or flight tickets. There are usually a few people waiting their turn, sitting on the plastic chairs we have lined up against the wall. We have a lot of old ledgers and some newer computers that we use for the bookings. It isn't a very fancy place, and sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. We know a lot of the people in the neighborhood because they stop by to ask questions about travel or just to chat. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People know us because we are right here on the road and we have been doing this for years. We just take the information, look up the best options we can find, and get the tickets printed out. It is simple work and we like being part of the local community in Uttam Nagar.
