We are located at E-97, Street Number 11 in Shashi Garden. It’s a small restaurant in a busy part of town, and we’ve been here serving the local neighborhood for a while. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the place, with pots clanging and the stove going from early morning. We do all our own cooking and shopping, mostly getting ingredients from the markets nearby so everything is what we need. Shashi Garden is the kind of place where people know each other, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s not a big fancy place with waiters in suits; it’s more about the food and getting it out to the tables. Sometimes it gets really hot inside, especially during the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We don't have a giant menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to make. If we run out of something, that’s just it for the day. It’s hard work, and my hands are usually tired by the end of the night, but it’s a good feeling to see people eating. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just open the doors and start cooking. It’s a simple life and a simple business right here on Street 11. Most people come for a quick bite or to take something home.
