S B Telecom

S B Telecom is out here in the Bawana area, specifically at Pooth Khurd, D S I D C 868. It’s an industrial sort of place, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the nearby manufacturing units and heavy trucks. We have been set up in this spot for a while now. The shop isn’t very big, mostly just enough room for the counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait for their phones to get fixed or their recharges to go through. Being in the DSIDC area means we get a lot of workers coming in during their short breaks. They are usually in a hurry, so we try to move as fast as we can without making mistakes. The heat in Bawana can be something else during the summer, so we have a small fan that barely does the job. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It is just a telecom shop. We sell SIM cards, do some basic repairs, and help people who are having trouble with their mobile signals. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there in the dark for a bit, talking to whoever is around. It is a busy life here at 868. The street outside is always full of movement and noise. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi, just a reliable place where the local guys can get their mobile stuff sorted out.
