S B Telecom

Being located in Bawana Pooth Khurd, inside the DSIDC area at number 868, means we see a lot of people working in the factories. S B Telecom is a place where workers come during their breaks to get their phones fixed or to buy a new SIM card. The industrial area is quite vast, and it can be a bit gray and dusty with all the trucks moving around. Our shop is a small escape from all that noise. We keep a variety of mobile accessories, mostly things that are durable because the environment here is tough. I spend a lot of time explaining how different plans work or trying to recover photos from a phone that someone dropped on a concrete floor. It’s a lot of small, fiddly work with circuit boards and tiny components. The light in the shop isn't the best, so I have a big lamp on my workbench. We stay open late because many of our customers don't finish their shifts until evening. It’s a decent way to spend the day, talking to people from all over the country who have come here to work. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here because they see the sign when they walk past. It’s a honest shop for people who just want their technology to work without paying too much.
